We’re Spilling the Tea on Mental Health With Chatime and Headspace

Original article can be found here.

Trigger warning: this article discusses mental health.

Let’s face it: it can be tough to know how to navigate difficult conversations surrounding mental health. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Chatime & headspace to give you the tools you need to check in with your mates!

In this video, we got four student ambassadors to ask each other some common questions they have about mental health and all the ways that they keep a healthy headspace.

They discussed their own tips for staying mentally healthy, and how they'd encourage other people to do the same. Spilling the tea is fun and all but sometimes, it’s important to get a little more serious.

Check out our video below to spill the full tea.

If you’re struggling and need some extra support, check out the headspace website to create an account to access free online resources. Here you can access group chats, online communities, and 1:1 direct support.

Plus, If this vid has made you a tad thirsty (we don’t blame you) why not pick up your own Chatime with some mates and have a chat about your mental wellbeing too?

You can grab two regular Chatime iced milky or iced fruity teas for just $9.50 with your Student Edge membership.
